Requirements

Responsibilities

• More than 10 years relevant experience in contract administration and/or project management
• Registered Architect in PRC, HK, UK or equivalent;
• Work on projects (mall / hotel / office) in PRC and HK;
• Preferably with a good knowledge of China regulations;
• Fluency in written and spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
