工作职责

Main Responsibilities (工作职责):

1. 协助上级制定并实施业务发展战略、经营计划，实现公司经营管理目标及发展目标。

Assist top management in setting business development strategies, business plans, and achieve overall management and development objectives.

2. 深度挖掘公司发展重点区域的新项目情报，不断开拓信息渠道；负责对新项目情报做前期调研，形成初步定位及项目研判，并对重点意向项目实地考察。

Work in-depth on strategic new projects, constantly work on developing information, responsible for project intelligence, positioning and assessment of projects and on the spot study of the areas for development.

3. 负责新项目获取过程中的可行性研究、商务谈判、合同签约等全程跟进工作。

Responsible for feasibility studies, business negotiations, contract signings, including follow-up.

4. 建立和维护政府部门，行业主管部门及相关单位的关系，跟进公司的战略合作关系。

Establish and work closely with government departments, industry and relevant authorities in order to follow up on work relationships with relevant parties.

5. 负责跟进协调处理公司已有项目的未尽事宜。

Responsible for handling other projects.

6. 完成公司合理安排的其他工作任务。

Responsible for any other job functions assigned by the company.

Qualifications and Experience Required (资历及经验要求):

1. 工商管理或相关专业，本科及以上或同等学历。

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant.

2. 有金融分析师资质证书。

Certification in financial analysis.

3. 八年以上房地产企业项目拓展及团队管理经验，具有丰富客户资源和社会资源。

8 years or above of real estate development and team management experience, and has good customer network and resources.

4. 有方案规划的经验，房地产项目收购的经验。

Good planning and real estate merger experience.

5. 熟悉房地产开发企业的业务和流程。

Familiar with work process of real estate developers.

6. 熟悉房地产工程计价体系。

Familiar with real estate pricing and costing systems.

7. 具有流利的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking).
